Many Pattaya Chonburi Thailand readers have written to us that the infamous Father Christmas has closed his Master Safety Enterprises business that was operating part time on Pattaya Tai Road from a small office.

Apparently there were no takers at the $350,000 (12 million baht) asking price for his rented office, "good name"and customer list of those who had not already fired him for poor service.

Business dried up after many customers stopped using his sporadic security service of monitoring alarms and installations of CCTV systems and burglar alarms all ended when locals realized Andre was buying all of his supplies from local Tuk Com IT Center and marking up the hardware by 500%.

As Machielsen bragged about his Thai citizenship some people realized he had gone off the rails. Andre is not and can not be Thai because of several factors we won't go into here. But he is Dutch.

Charges made by Mr. Machielsen that someone had falsely stated that Mr. Machielsen has a contagious disease were proven false in a criminal court.

A Pattaya Court judge ruled Andre Machielsen had falsely accused Drew Noyes as the person who posted a comment stating Andre was infected with Hepatitis, a contagious disease. The judge further ruled since it is true Andre Machielsen has infectious Hepatitis

Thailand is known for high risk of catching infectious Hepatitis through unprotected sex with multiple sexual partners. The stigma of having Hepatitis is seen almost as serious as having HIV, since no cure is available and the advancing disease and is often ultimately fatal.

A Pattaya Provincial Court judge ruled last week that no one proved who posted the comment but regardless of who wrote the information since it was true there is no crime and Drew Noyes was found Not Guilty.

The judge also wrote in her decision that since Andre Machielsen also admitted himself on the stand that he is a carrier and infected with the contagious disease Hepatitis, then there is no doubt that the comment stating Andre Machielsen was infected with Hepatitis, a contagious disease is true.

 Some of the most upstanding in male society living in Pattaya, Chonburi Thailand are asked to join the secret club the Freemasons. Once in few rarely are expelled. To date, only Thor Halland and Andre Machielsen have ever been forced to resign.

Andre Johannes Machielsen was expelled because he was recently blackballed from the Fraternal Order of Freemasons when his criminal conviction for drugs was discovered in a background check in his native country.

After he served his sentence in The Netherlands Machielsen fled to Thailand. When he immigrated 30 years ago criminal background checks were not possible in Third World countries like Thailand. Thailand moved up as a Second World country in 2000.

Now known as a former serious criminal convict Andre Machielsen is in real trouble in Thailand.

Ironically, Andre Machielsen has been presenting himself as a security expert with his two-person company Master Safety Enterprises.

Machielsen had misled his Masonic brethren in Pattaya Thailand and Thai Immigration officials.

The Masonic Lodge Pattaya West Winds, No. 1803 SC was founded in 1992 by several brethren living in Pattaya trying to bring a more positive image to that beautiful city. Andre Machielsen and Thor Halland, who Machielsen had sponsored, were blackballed because the positive image was being tarnished by their presence.

Andre Machielsen had sponsored and vouched for the character of another sketchy bloke named Thor Ferris Halland. Under the Masonic code since the Sponsor was deemed unfit his member was also deemed unfit. Additional information was provided to the lodge about Thor Halland which assured his expulsion.

Since the troublesome duo had been members of the Pattaya Masonic Lodge which meets at the Royal Cliff Hotel terminated their international Freemason memberships permanently.

Thor Halland falsely claims to do undercover work for the US Embassy in Bangkok Thailand. Halland has been under the care of psychiatrists for most of his life and is under the influence of psychotropic medication for his bipolar disorder.

The Royal Thai Police Immigration Bureau following several complaints from Thaïs is investigating how Halland has legal status to live in Thailand as an unemployed, under retirement age person with no family ties to Thailand.

Both foreigners living in Thailand face criminal charges.

Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) and the Thailand Public Relations Dept, should be investigating the link between admitted criminal Andre Machielsen and defamed journalist blogger Andrew Drummond.

The reason for the investigation is both unsuccessful foreigners have been posting lies and defamatory, and sexual comments about Thailand and about truly successful foreigners living in Thailand for several years.

The link between the two anti-Thailand expats Andrew Drummond of Bangkok Thailand and Andre Machielsen of Pattaya Thailand has become apparent in the release of emails, text messages, and notes about meetings between the two elderly foreign men revealed by a person close to the men fed up with their character assassinations of productive foreigners whom they are jealous about.

Thor Halland has come forward with evidence.

Additionally, witnesses report Andre Machielsen and his son Samrit Machielsen have been supporting Andrew Drummond in criminal cases in Thailand in which Andrew Drummond is the accused Defendant,

Samrit (Sam) Machielsen has been at the trials of Andrew Drummond in the spectator seats.

Andre  Machielsen is helping to pay mounting legal fees and bail bonds for Andrew Drummond. but both are running out of money and blog supporters are hesitant to Donate now that it's likely Drummond will be found guilty on many criminal charges.

Andrew Drummond is facing criminal court cases against him filed by seven victims of defamation in Pattaya, Bangkok and Koh Samui courts.

Andrew Drummond can receive jail time on numerous criminal charges of libel, defamation and violating the Thailand computer crimes laws.

Criminal charges are now also pending against Master Safety boss Andre  Machielsen for even more serious charges.

In an appart attempt to discredit many foreign businessmen in Thailand a website by former News of the World reporter turned retired blogger in Bangkok Andrew Drummond and a blog statrted by Andre Machielsen of Master Safety Enterprises in Pattaya the tri joined together.

Unfortunately for them, they picked the wrong foreigners to attack and they all face numerous criminal charges. Andrew Drummond and Thor Hallan face charges for defamation and cybercrimes. Andre Machielsen faces charges along with his son Sam Machielsen for filing a false police report. Andre Machilesen also faces five years in jail for filing a false police case and submitting false eveidence to a criminal court.

Samrit Machielsen Succumbs to Andrew Drummond

Forme child Actor Sam (Samrit) Machielsen may be in real trouble.

Young Sam Machielsen sat in a Pattaya Provincial Court room for four hours taking notes for blogger Andrew Drummond of Bangkok. The testimony was in English and the official court translation had not been completed.

When witnesses in the court case asked Sam Machielsen in the court if he was taking notes for Andrew Drummond the budding secretary denied the possibility.

In a prior trial Drummond was ordered by the Pattaya Provincial Court judge not to take notes at trials because trials in process are not to be reported until a verdict is reached.

So Drummond hired the innocent lad Sam Machielsen to do the wrong deed by taking notes that would be used for public publication prior to the official translation and cross-examination of the testimony.

Witnesses watching Drummond smoking in front of the Pattaya Court House saw Sam Machielsen hand over his notebook containing confidential court testimony which had not yet been cross-examined, so was therefore bias and totally unsubstantiated.

Drummond immediately posted the dubious testimony provided by Sam Macieilsen, son of Andre Machielsen, onto his blog.

The judge in the case was informed of the dastardly duos plot to circumvent the court directive and policy.

Evidence is being gathered to file contempt charges if grounds are confirmed.
